I have been coming to Cascades One for as long as I can remember, and I honestly never mind going to the dentist. Jenny is the absolute best. She is super nice, remembers details about our family, and makes the cleanings quick and painless. Everyone at the front desk is always smiling and helpful. We live about 45 minutes away, but the drive is completely worth it for the amazing level of care we get here.

Cascades One sets the gold standard for dental practices. We have been patients since 2008, and we gladly travel 45 minutes just to see Jenny and the rest of the team. Jenny is meticulous and incredibly kind, making every cleaning a breeze. The office staff is so organized and welcoming. They have maintained an exceptional level of customer service towards our family for almost 20 years. I cannot recommend them enough!

Our family has been going to Cascades One in Sterling since 2008. Even though it is a 45 minute drive from home, we still make the trek at least twice a year because their quality of care and customer service continue to be top notch. Jenny the hygienist is absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly thorough, gentle, and always makes the visit a great experience. The entire front office and dental staff are welcoming and highly professional from the moment you walk in. Finding a dental practice you can trust completely is rare, and we are so grateful for the consistent, outstanding care we receive here. I highly recommend Jenny and the whole team.

My mother is 104 years old. The staff was friendly, gentle, and kind.. I really appreciated how they treated her and understood her poor hearing. I’m also sure that they did a good job cleaning her teeth. We will definitely come back.

What can I say about this place. Phenomenal customer service - from the moment you walk in the door, to the dentist chair, to back out the door. Everyone is friendly, interactive, engaging, knowledgeable, everything you'd want in a dentist office - is here! It really feels like a family environment. The culture that they created here is a dream - its hard to actually like going to the dentist - but they did it here! It's amazing! I’ve been coming to this place since 1997! Jenny has been my hygienist since then. She so gentle! It’s like visiting a friendHonestly not many people enjoy a dentist visit but for me: I feel so relaxed and Jenny’s always looking after my best interest.Dr Rup has moved on to surgery but he pops in to say hiI had a chip once and they were able to se me immediately and dr M fixed it.So grateful to have a local family dentist!
